I didn't get into travel consulting through a gap year or a travel blog. I got here through the Army — 13 years where logistics aren't optional and execution under pressure isn't a skill set, it's a baseline. After that, four years with the FDNY.

What happens on the free strategy call?

We talk through your points balances, where you want to go, and when. I'll tell you what's possible, what it would cost, and whether it makes sense to work together. No pitch, no pressure. Just a real conversation.

Do I need Amex points to work with you?

No. We work with whatever you have — Amex, Chase, Citi, Capital One, Bilt, airline miles, hotel points, all of it. During the call we'll take stock of your full picture.

What if I don't have enough points?

I'll be straight with you on the call. If your points can't get you somewhere worth going, I'll tell you that upfront and we can talk about what a realistic path looks like. No charge for the call, no commitment required.

I'm in the military — is there a different process?

Military and veteran clients get a different conversation because the options are different. Space-A availability, AFRC access, deployment leave windows — we factor all of that in. Check out the Military page for more detail, then book a call.

Do you handle the booking or do I?

We handle it. You approve the plan, we execute the transfers and lock in the reservations. You just need to give us access to your loyalty accounts when it's time to book.

How long does it take?

Most clients have a strategy in hand within 48 hours of our call. Once you approve, most bookings are done in 1–3 days. Complex multi-country itineraries may take a bit longer — we'll keep you posted throughout.
